The Inn at Maple Lawn is a small bed and breakfast located in Layton, New
Jersey just 2 miles from Peters Valley Craft Education Center and 6 miles from
the Walpack Inn. The Inn is opened from April 1 through October 30.
Please contact us anytime throughout the year to reserve a room. Guest
rooms in this 1875 Victorian home offer a unique and comfortable respite as
you enjoy the many attractions of the area.

The cost is $128.80 per night based on double occupancy. This includes
the rate of $115 per night  plus NJ sales tax of 7% and NJ Occupancy tax of
5%. There is a 2-night minimum on weekends in summer, on holidays, and
during local special events. Check in is 3:00 P.M. Check out is 12 noon.

Guest rooms have one queen bed, cable TV, air conditioning and free
wireless Internet.

The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor and are not wheelchair
accessible.

Continental breakfast includes fresh fruit, homemade granola, yogurt, freshly
baked sweet bread or muffins, coffee, tea and juice.

Reservations are required with one night deposit. Should you need to cancel
with less than one week notice a cancellation fee, equal to one night's stay,
will apply only if we are unable to re-book the room.

We currently do not accept credit cards. Cash, traveler's checks and personal
checks accepted.

Children 12 years and over are welcome. No pets please.

Maple Lawn maintains a non-smoking policy within the Inn. Bottled water,
refrigerator, ice and microwave are available in the pantry for all guests.
